HOPPER BODY CONSTRUCTION: Full welded construction of 10 gauge steel. Rack & pinion controlled discharge gate.

WEAR PLATE: 3/16" thick abrasion resistant steel. Spring loaded front idler assembly with roller, no sprockets required. (See options for special construction and materials). (4) Hopper Lift Loops.

CONVEYOR: Bar flight design 24" wide. Flight dimensions 1/4" x 1-1/2" cross section. Pintle side link chain with 2.25" pitch with 21,000# tensile strength per strand. Drive sprockets are 8 tooth cast iron keyed to 2" diameter drive shaft.

SPINNER ASSEMBLY: Spinner disc is 20" in diameter with 6 bolt-on vanes (optional urethane disc). Direct coupled hydraulic motor installed under disc. Entire spinner assembly tips up for storage and stockpiling.

CONVEYOR DRIVES AVAILABLE:

MODEL HL-HY2: Hydraulic motor coupled to a cast iron 50:1 or 25:1 right angle gear box.

MODEL HL-HY3: Dual hydraulic motors driving both ends of the conveyor drive shaft with a roller chain drive with 50:1 reduction.

MODEL HL-G-HY2: Hydraulic motor coupled to a cast iron 50:1 or 25:1 right angle gear box. Powered from a self contained hydraulic system equipped with an 18 h.p. gasoline engine, hydraulic pump, and oil reservoir.
