FEATURES:

SUCTION HOUSING:  Constructed of 10 gauge steel and furnished with 1/4" thick abrasion resistant (AR) steel slip-in replaceable liners.  Front cover plate and back wall are constructed of 7 gauge steel.  A clean-out door is provided in the suction housing with a safety engine shutdown switch.

SUCTION IMPELLER:  Impellers are statically and dynamically balanced, constructed of T-1 steel for prolonged wear.  Impellers are furnished with six blades fully welded to a convex backplate.

DISCHARGE ASSEMBLY:  The discharge is located on the curbside of the unit and the hose is stored to the front of the unit on the trailer tongue.  The discharge is constructed of 1/4" thick steel for extended wear.

TRAILER MOUNTED (TM):  Available in 14, 17, 20, 25 and 30 cubic yard capacity.  The 14 and 17 yard units are furnished with tandem 12,000 lb. axles.  The 20 and 25 cubic yard units have 18,000 pound tri-axles.  Tires are 8.00 x 14.5 tubeless, 12 ply.  The 30 cubic yard unit has 24,000 pound dual tire tandem axles with 9.50 x 16.5 tires.  The trailer main frame is constructed of 6" I-beam for the 14, 17, 20 and 25 cubic yard units and 8" I-beam for the 30 cubic yard units.  Equipped with an adjustable pintle ring, safety chains, parking jack and DOT Lighting package with two (2) 7" diameter flashing lights in rear.

CHASSIS MOUNTED (TC): Chassis mounted units require no hydraulic power from the chassis.  The sub-frame is 6" I-beam on34" centers to enable easy installation on standard truck frames.

HOPPER:  The leaf hopper is welded 12 gauge steel with the sides, front and rear door vertically braced for rigidity and strength.  The hopper floor is 10 gauge smooth steel supported by 5" channel crossmembers on 12" centers.  The roof is constructed of woven wire screen for efficient air exhaust.  A dust tarp with rubber tie down straps is provided.

ENGINE:  The engine is mounted on rubber isolators to absorb engine vibration.  Equipped with an industrial grade 11.5" Rockford PTO, 12 volt starting system, governor, dry type dual element air cleaner, remote oil drain, vernier throttle cable, muffler, removable radiator screen and a 30 gallon fuel tank with sight gauge.  Entire engine is enclosed in a steel engine cover with a front door.

ENGINE CONTROLS:  All engine controls are rubber mounted on a remote pedestal located at the operator's station.  Standard controls include tachometer, hour meter, ammeter, oil pressure gauge, temperature gauge, and low oil pressure/high temperature engine safety shutdowns.

HYDRAULICS:  Units are equipped with a gear driven hydraulic pump to operate the underbody hoist.  A separate electric/hydraulic pump powers the hydraulic boom.

PAINT:  Standard paint is electrostatically applied in Yellow or Orange.  Other colors are available.
