FEATURES:

SUCTION HOUSING:  Either 45 or 90 Degree discharge angle available for discharge.  Outer scroll is constructed of 10 gauge steel and furnished with 1/4" thick AR steel slip-in replaceable liners.  Front cover plate and back wall are constructed of 7 gauge steel.  A clean-out door is provided in the suction housing with a safety engine shutdown switch.

POWER TRANSMISSION: A grip-notched power band belt is used to drive the suction impeller.  The power band belt helps to protect the engine and PTO from shock loads imposed on the suction impeller.

45 DEGREE ROTATED HOUSING (RH):  Constructed of 10 gauge steel and rectangular in shape.  The discharge is mounted in the center of the trailer for efficient loading.  A 16" diameter flexible rubber hose with a smooth interior and an 18" cuff connects the leaf machine to a leaf receiver box.

90 DEGREE DISCHARGE ASSEMBLY:  Constructed of 12 gauge steel and cylindrical in shape.  The discharge is mounted in the center of the trailer for efficient loading.  A 17" diameter steel tube with a flex joint connects the leaf machine to a leaf receiver box.

ENGINE:  John Deere Model 4045T turbo charge diesel engine powers the unit.  The engine is mounted on rubber isolators to absorb any engine vibration.  Equipped with an industrial grade Auto Clutch PTO, 12 volt starting system, 78 amp alternator, governor, dry type dual element air cleaner, remote oil drain, vernier throttle cable, muffler, removable radiator screen and a 30 gallon fuel tank with sight gauge.  Entire engine is enclosed in a steel engine cover with a rear door.

ENGINE CONTROLS:  All engine controls are rubber mounted on a remote pedestal located at the operator's station.  Standard controls include tachometer, hour meter, ammeter, oil pressure gauge, temperature gauge and low oil pressure/high temperature engine safety shutdowns.

TRAILER:  Constructed of formed steel plate and supported by structural tubular and channel members.  Single 6,000 pound axle and springs with ST225-75R-15 radial tires mounted on white spoke wheels.  Telescopic tow bar is constructed of 4" x 6" tubing and includes an adjustable pintle hitch. safety chains and a parking jack with a 5" castor wheel.  The lighting package includes all required DOT lights as well as two 4" diameter amber flashing lights in the rear of the unit. Electric brakes.

PAINT:  Standard paint is Yellow or Orange.  Others colors are available.
